Follow Every Step. DO NOT MISS ONE!!

Head To Search Bar & Type In "TURN WINDOWS FEATURES ON OR OFF"

Ensure Hyper V Is Off.

Install Hyper-V

Run It As Admin. Wait til fully complete, and once done restart pc. Then come back to windows features, and now UnCheck Hyper-V like shown in picture above, and then restart pc again.
